Unplugged!

Hello All:

The more I “witness” the more I am in awe at how corrupt our society actually is. The more dumbfounded I am at the lengths people will go to to “cover-up” the truth. I’m talking about educated, professionals that spent many years in a college classroom aspiring to attain a goal. I often wonder, more now than ever, what happens to these individuals’ sense of right and wrong as they progress through their careers. Is it the love of power, money, or just simply needing to “fit in?”

Lawyers and judges spend many years in college, and practicing law to get where they are in their careers. Although, lawyers spend more time lying, cheating, and back-stabbing than practicing law. But, those lawyers that aspire to higher goals, like sitting on a bench playing God and deciding what happens to a persons life with the falling of their almighty gavel, devote much to the study of law. So, I ask, what happens along their path that turns them into demi-Gods and corrupt little puppets? What makes them forget how to administer the “LAW” as it is written in these United States, and make their decisions based solely on their “personal” prejudices!!

What is so threatening to these types of legal professionals that will make them stoop to such bottom-feeding actions, Have a listen:

Plug Pulled by Judge

It has become apparent that there is some sabotage going on here, i.e., I called the Court Clerk, to get the minute entry from a Status Conference held 3 weeks ago and the response I got was less than encouraging, i.e., that it is actually intended I am to be given the correct date and time to attend a scheduled “Oral Argument.” In that case, I lose by default, for not showing up, and, there won’t be any court transcript of what I said. This just gets sicker and more pathetic by the hour. Why would a presiding judge “choose” corruption over her sworn oath?

Lots of questions and no hope of ever getting the answers, at least not the “real” answers.
